I told her i wanted little to do with the process as possible and she handled the things needed to get done from getting the property fixed up to putting it on the market, to using her own resources to market it to getting it sold and of course closing. She spent numerous long nights and her own time and energy to ensure the property was cleaned and ready for viewing. She sourced the workmen for the various tasks that needed addressing and made my life so much easier. I would recommend her services over and over again.
